Arrowhead Pale Ale Launches at Tulsa Mayfest, May 2019

What is your favorite Marshall Brewing beer?

My favorite beer that we do is probably Arrowhead Pale Ale. It’s the perfect summertime beer, because it’s lighter in body and super refreshing, but has enough hop-forward citrus notes from the Citra hop to deliver a big punch of flavor that keeps me coming back for more.

When was the first time you recall having Arrowhead?

I can remember seeking this beer out in the summer months, going all the way back to 2011. As a Restaurant Bar Manager at the time, I met with Wes Alexander who had brought me a sample and I immediately loved it. Who would have thought that four years later I’d be joining the Marshall Brewing team, and eight years later I’d be here writing this blog!

Where is your is you favorite place to enjoy a Marshall beer?

I’m obviously a little partial to our Tap Room and brand-new Biergarten, but aside from getting it fresh at the source I enjoy sitting down and enjoying a pint at McNellie’s, Fassler Hall, and R-Bar & Grill. I’m really excited for Arrowhead Pale Ale to be making the move to cans, making it easier to enjoy outdoors or on a patio!
