As you all know, 2020 Tulsa Oktoberfest was cancelled. And while we sure missed one of the best festivals in all the land, we supported that decision. This year, Marshall Brewing celebrates our 11th year of participating in Tulsa Oktoberfest. We are excited to share several changes that we feel will enhance your experience.
Location, Location, Location
We are excited about our new location for the 2021 Tulsa Oktoberfest. The Marshall Stammtisch Zelt will be located to the southeast of Das Glockenspiel and just off the main concourse. Our new location features a much larger tent (though the above does not depict) with flooring. While enjoying a locally crafted beer at the Marshall Stammtisch Zelt you will be right in the thick of the action for the hourly shows at Das Glockenspiel and near the games ares where the adorable Dachshund Dash take place on Sunday.

What Makes Marshall Different?
No doubt many wonderful German beers will be available at Tulsa Oktoberfest. Did you know that our Brewmaster/CEO, Eric Marshall, received an International Brewing Diploma from the World Brewing Academy in Munich, Germany? Further, Eric apprencticed at six different breweries over the course of three years after his graduation. Eric's reverance towards traditonal German styles, techniques and ingredients can be enjoyed in his clean traditional German-style ales and lagers. All of the malted barley, hops and yeast are of German origin lending to the true nature of these biers!
Our Taproom Exclusive Vienna Lager will be offered for the first time at Tulsa Oktoberfest.
- A timeless style perfected in Vienna, Germany, our Vienna Lager pours with a faint reddish hue and is characterized by malt sweetness and aroma. At 4.6% ABV, Vienna Lager is sessionable.
Break out the lederhosen and get ready for some good old Bavarian Gemütlichkeit…Oklahoma Style. Marshall Brewing Company’s Oktoberfest is a beautiful deep copper-colored lager highlighted by a complex malt flavor, elegantly balanced by the bittering of noble German hops. This beer is extremely smooth and highly drinkable. Checking in at 6.0% ABV, Oktoberfest is truly a fest bier worth celebrating!
Dunkel Lager– A Munich-style Dunkel Lager, deep amber from rich toasted malts, surprisingly smooth with low hop character. 4.8% ABV
Volks Pilsner – Inspired by Brewmaster Eric Marshall’s time as an apprentice brewer in Germany. Crisp and clean with a distinct and pleasurable hop flavor and aroma, Volks Pilsner is brewed in the North German “Pils” style. 5.1% ABV
Atlas IPA – Pale and caramel maltings of American two-row barley give Atlas IPA a malty backbone to support its noticeable, but not overpowering, hoppy flavor and aroma, 6.5% ABV.
Sundown Wheat – American Wheat Ale spiced with orange peel and coriander. 4.8% ABV
Kölsch Ale – A traditional German-style ale typically found in the city of Cologne, Kölsch is light in color and low hop character. 5.0% ABV
This Land Lager – The perfect blend of malt, hops and time yielding a delicate harmony of refreshment. The sum of its parts, This Land Lager is crisp and clean with a hint of malt sweetness and short finish inviting another sip. 5.0% ABV
Locals Only Night - Thursday, October 17th

Thursday has always been one of our favorite nights. Short lines, chill atmosphere, an amazing Opening Ceremony Parade with horse drawn carriages of fresh beer, and fireworks. We wanted to find a way to make it even better!
Where: The Marshall Stammtisch Zelt (Located off the main concourse to the southeast of Das Glockenspiel)
Join us for a Locals Only party in the Marshall tent at Tulsa Oktoberfest. You can Chicken Dance Friday & Saturday night. On Thursday, it's local music! The party starts with local DJ Scotty 2 Hotty and continues with local bluegrass musicians Cody Brewer & Grazzhopper at 7:00 PM. Our friends from The Wurst local food truck will be grilling up delicious sausages. We will have 24 taps featuring locally brewed Marshall beer.
Games! Games! Games!

The Marshall Stammtisch Zelt is your home for sports at Tulsa Oktoberfest. We will have four big screen TVs tuned to MLB playoffs, OU Football, OSU Football, TU Football, NFL games and more. Whether you want to watch the big game at Oktoberfest or just want to check the score, the Marshall Stammtisch Zelt is you home for sports at Tulsa Oktoberfest!
