Black Dolphin Stout, a staple in our barrel aging program, was released 4 times in 22oz bottles, between 2014 and 2017. Black Dolphin Stout spends between 6-12 months in barrels, imparting a bold, rich flavor that is unique from batch to batch. The name "Black Dolphin" comes from the world's most severe maximum security prison, located in Russia. For the 2019 bottle release, Black Dolphin Stout was aged in Port Wine Barrels and will be released in 12oz wax dipped bottles. Other "draft-only" variants will be available in very limited quantities at the Tap Room.
